The OnePlus 13 Series: Launch Date, Specifications & Design the company’s newest flagship smartphone series, and the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, an upgraded pair of earbuds, have been introduced. The ceremony is scheduled for January 7, 2025, which also happens to be the company’s eleventh anniversary.

Design and Build

The OnePlus 13 Series will debut a new design with a golden ratio-inspired camera module. Three new finishes are available to customers: Black Eclipse, Arctic Dawn, and Midnight Ocean. The first smartphone to use microfiber vegan leather will be Midnight Ocean. Black Eclipse has a simple matte look, while Arctic Dawn has a surface-based glass covering designed to ward off fingerprints. Additionally, the device has IP68 and IP69 classifications, which improve its resistance to dust, water, and scratches.

Camera and Features (OnePlus 13 Series)

The international edition of the OnePlus 13 features a triple back camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. There is a 32MP front camera for taking selfies.

OnePlus Buds Pro 3

In addition to the flagship smartphones, OnePlus will introduce the Sapphire Blue OnePlus Buds Pro 3, which are meant to go well with the OnePlus 13’s Midnight Ocean model. Better connectivity and AI-powered translation capabilities will be included in the earbuds, which will also work with the OnePlus 13 Series.

Display and Specification

It is anticipated that the OnePlus 13 would retain the features of its Chinese equivalent on a global scale. It will have a 6.82-inch Quad HD+ LTPO AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The device will run OxygenOS 15 right out of the box and be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform.

Up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage and up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM will be available for the smartphone. The smartphone is powered by a 6,000mAh battery that supports 50W wireless charging and 100W cable charging.
